We are growing faster than we expected and can't handle all of the business coming in and we are looking for an elite player to join our team who will raise the bar.

About the Position

--In home sales with homeowners looking to paint their home.

--All of the leads are generated by the company and all appointments are set by our office and marketing manager.

--90% of your time is spent doing estimates, meeting with prospective clients, and following up on prospects.

--10% of your time is spent on team building, meetings, trainings, and administrative tasks.

--Heavily focused on personal and professional training & development

--All training is provided and training is a never ending focus.

Compensation & Benefits

-Commissions Paid Every 2 Weeks Based on Sales Unlimited cap on 7% commission on total revenue sold.

Qualifications & Requirements

-Minimum 2 year of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.

-Demonstrates a commitment to customers.

-Strong communication skills.

-You consider yourself an "A" Player

-Strong work ethic, ambitious.

-Self-motivated and results oriented.

-Ability to work independently.

-Experience in the painting or construction industry.

-A college degree in Business or related field is a plus but not required.

-Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

• Outside sales: 2 years (Required)
• Construction estimating: 2 years (Preferred)
